Patience Really is a Virtue!
The best piece of advice I can give to others is to have patience. A process like this can take awhile, but once you find the perfect people to take over your business, it's worth the wait! Everything was great in regards to working with Brad "Broker". He was always quick at returning calls and getting answers. was always available when needed.
Although the sale of my business took longer and got way more complicated then it needed to be, But this was not Brad's fault. It was the buyer's. Brad was there to help with this.
In then end we all managed to get things done and get the Final Sale of my store done.
